Jalapeno Jack Cheeseball Mix

Mellow Monterrey Jack cheese with just the right blend of jalapenos and southwest spices. Great as a cheeseball for entertaining and also makes some fabulous side dishes, such as Jalapeno Corn casserole. Recipe below.

Ingredients:

1 Jalapeno Jack Cheeseball Mix  

1 8oz pkg. cream cheese

½ cup milk

¼ cup butter

2-16oz pkgs. frozen corn

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir Cheeseball Mix, cream cheese, milk, butter in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring frequently until the cheese has melted completely and the sauce is smooth, for about 5 minutes. Stir corn into the sauce. Pour corn mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with Topping packet. Bake for 30 minutes.
