36008 Strawberry Daquiri Cheesecake
Escape to paradise with every bite! Our new Strawberry Daiquiri No-Bake Cheesecake Mix is a tropical dream come true. Packed with juicy strawberry and a zest of lime, it captures the essence of a beachside titi bar in one creamy, delicious cheesecake!
Combine mix with 8 oz of cream cheese and 16 oz of heavy whipping cream, beat for 3 minutes, spoon into a graham cracker pie crust and chill until serving. Pure Cheesecake bliss. Let the party begin!
Ingredients
| 1 | Strawberry Daiquiri No-Bake Cheesecake Mix |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 16 oz | heavy whipping cream |
| 4 cups | pound cake, cubed |
| 1 pint | fresh berries |
Directions
Combine mix with cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, beat for 3 minutes on high. Set aside.
In the bottom of a glass bowl or trifle dish, start with a layer of pound cake, spread half of the Cheesecake mixture over the pound cake followed by a layer of berries.
Then, add another layer of pound cake and top with a final layer of Cheesecake mixture. Decorate the top with fresh berries and whipped cream.
