Asiago & Roasted Garlic Dip Mix

A classic mix you will want to keep on hand.  Add sour cream and mayo for a great dip or add cream for a super flavorful creamy pasta sauce!  

Combine with 1 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream for approximately 2 cups prepared dip. 

My favorite condiment on a hamburger, or for a compound butter just combine 1 package of Asiago & Roasted Garlic dip mix with 1 cup of softened butter. Directions are below:

 

Directions

1. Combine dip mix with softened butter. 

2. Place mixture in molds or on a butter dish and return to refrigerator.  Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. 

Serving suggestions: This compound butter makes the perfect sauce for shrimp or salmon and is great on top of a hot steak, grilled chicken or a baked potato. Spread on warm Italian bread for an easy appetizer.
