Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix

Two great flavors combine for savory satisfaction. One of our favorite dips also makes a great sandwich spread.  Be sure to check out the awesome Summer Chicken Salad Recipe! 

Combine with 1 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream for approximately 2 cups prepared dip.  

One of our favorite recipes is Cheesy Bacon Twice Baked Potatoes!

1 Cheesy Bacon package

4 baking potatoes

2 cups sour cream

2 cups shredded cheese

Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Bake potatoes until done (approximately 1 hour). Combine Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix and sour cream in a small bowl. Mix well.  When potatoes are baked, cut them in half length-wise.  Scoop out the inside of the potatoes and place in a medium mixing bowl.  Add Cheesy Bacon Dip mixture to taste (approximately 1/4 cup per potato).  Use blender or mash by hand until combined.  Refill potato shells and top with shredded cheese.  Bake until cheese begins to brown.

Serve hot!  Makes 8 servings.
