Crème Brulee

Sweet, rich, smooth, and creamy. Plus, an alternative recipe to make traditional crème brulee below.

 

1 package Creme Brulee Mix

2  cups heavy cream

 

Mix together creme brulee mix and heavy cream. Bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, remove from heat and pour into ramekins. Refrigerate for 3 hours up to overnight. Before serving, pour sugar on top and caramelize with a kitchen torch.
