Spinach Artichoke Cheeseball Mix
A great Cheeseball, of course! But also, the base for fabulous appetizers and entrees. Try our famous Spinach-Artichoke Chicken Pasta.

1 package Spinach Artichoke Cheeseball mix
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1/8th of a cup milk
4 cups mostaccioli noodles or pasta of your choice
2 cups of chicken, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
Directions
In saucepan over low heat combine packets 1 and 2 of Spinach Artichoke Cheeseball Mix, cream cheese, sour cream and milk (add more or less for desired consistency). Stir until ingredients are thoroughly heated and smooth. Pour over noodles and chicken. Serve hot! Makes 6 servings.
Tip: Garnish with diced tomatoes and diced and drained artichoke hearts.
